  1. Like i have said before Buying forclosed houses is the smartest idea out there. In my neck of the woods our houses we 300k well next door a house went for 200k 1/3 less then it was 2 years ago. Makes me sick we paid 300k for a house that a person got almost brand new 1/3 the cost.
